Thank you for your interest in Rensselaer. The goal of the Center for Career and Professional Development (CCPD) is to provide you with seamless connections to Rensselaer students. 

As you navigate through this site, you will become acquainted with JobLink, our online recruiting management system, powered by Symplicity. Our system (affiliated nationally with NACElink) will allow you to post job openings, schedule on campus interviews, and review student resumes.

Our annual CCPD Spring 2013 Career Fair will be held on February 13, 2013 from 11-4pm in the Armory here on campus. In fact, Employer Registration is now open through JobLink. Last year, this event attracted over 150 employers from 30 states! Over 2,100 students attended this major spring recruiting event. From the student perspective, JobLink is the primary means of accessing information about your organization. Students will also use JobLink to apply for positions, schedule on campus interviews, and track important events that you schedule on campus.

JobLink is the tool that assists us with the recruiting process at Rensselaer. We pride ourselves on the personal interaction and relationships we have with employers. Building these relationships is important for a successful recruiting program.  In our view, a successful recruiting program is one in which students will develop lifelong career skills, and find positions that meet their career needs and interests. The entire staff of the CCPD will work with you from your very first contact with us, to the hiring of Rensselaer students.
