Rensselaer is now offering students and alumni a new way to manage their Credentials files. Effective immediately, all students and alumni will be referred to Interfolio.

What is Interfolio?

Interfolio allows file holders to create an electronic portfolio to manage important credentials online. This portfolio can be used to send academic credentials to a search community, apply for a teaching position, send application materials to graduate or professional schools, or apply for a job anywhere.

  We have analyzed the ways people manage credential files online and have streamlined the site to make it faster and easier to manage your portfolio with us.
  
  
• Online Customer Service Desk
  In addition to our toll-free telephone and email support, we have added an online customer service desk. We've taken every question ever asked of us and posted it to a searchable database available to anyone who uses Interfolio.
  
  
• Improved Electronic Document Conversion
  We now convert more than 50 types of documents automatically to Adobe Acrobat (PDF). We support WordPerfect, Microsoft Word, Rich Text, GIF, JPG, PNG, TIF and others.
