Bob Forman ’61 competed in the 2011 Transatlantic Race on his 42-foot yacht, completing the 2,900-mile route from Newport, R.I., to Lizard Point on the south coast of England in 19 days. A longtime sailor, Forman has completed the Newport Bermuda Race 11 times. He is shown (at left) icompeting in the Fastnet Race, off the southeast coast of Ireland.
