Elisha (Lolly) Mozersky
Chief of Staff and Associate Vice President for Policy & Planning
The Chief of Staff, reporting to the President of Rensselaer, is responsible for overseeing all executive, professional, administrative, operational, and personal activities of the President including Board Relations as well as the management of all staff assigned to the Office of the President. The Chief of Staff is expected to serve as the gatekeeper for the President, and serves as the primary negotiator as it relates to the President’s speeches, appointments, schedule of meetings, major initiatives of the Institute, projects, calendar of events and flow of information.
Elisha (Lolly) Mozersky most recently was Chief of Staff at the I. Grace Company in New York City. Working with the CEO and other leaders over the past four years, she was responsible for all administrative processes and office services. Prior to that assignment, she served as director of administrative services for three years and assistant to the chairman/CEO for three years at the I. Grace Company.
