The Vice President for Enrollment and Dean, Undergraduate and Graduate Admissions reports to the President and serves as an Officer of Rensselaer. Working closely and inclusively with the President, the Executive Cabinet, the enrollment staff, and the RPI community including current students, parents and alumni, the Vice President develops both long-term and immediate strategies and programs to enhance the Institute’s enrollment function.

Nondorf most recently served as the director of student outreach and associate director of admissions at Yale University, where he oversaw the development and implementation of recruitment and yield activities. Nondorf began his career with the Cambridge Technology Group (CTG) where he held progressively responsible positions eventually leading to his role as president. Nondorf received his Bachelor of Arts Degree in Economics from Yale University, and has recently received his Master of Liberal Arts Degree in Ethics from Valparaiso University.
